10 best-selling car in Indonesia

Car sales in 2009 was satisfactory. So also in 2010. Fears of global economic crisis will destroy the automotive sector is not completely true. The proof, based on data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo), the year 2009 closed with sales of 486,061 units. Is the year 2010 auto sales could exceed the previous year? We'll wait.

If compared to 2008, a record 607,151 units, this number has decreased. But look at the situation last year, the total cost is quite fantastic. Who was the 10th in passenger car aka passenger car segment? Not surprisingly, the Toyota Avanza is still a best seller. Even when other models declined, sales of Toyota's low-MPV which just broke the record soared since its introduction in 2004.

This figure also makes the Toyota Avanza as the first product that could break the 100,000 units a year. "In addition to its product, Avanza also became the only car that reserved valuenya higher than the purchase price," added Johnny Darmawan.

Well, there was little change in the second rank. If last year's runner-up hold 'the brothers' Toyota Kijang Innova, then this year's 'cousins' own Avanza, Daihatsu Xenia. Xenia record 43 409 units while sales of Innova at number three with sales of 35 980 units.

Interestingly there is a position below the trio. In the fourth position for example there is the Honda Jazz. Although sales figures hatcback owned PT Honda Prospect Motor was down compared to the year 2008, but the Jazz moved up one rank. Jazz last year sold 15 713 units or mengusai 48% market share in its class.

Another best-selling Honda products Honda CR-V SUV who donated 10 110 units of total sales, as many as 39 570 units of HPM. This figure does not include 1104 units of the Honda Freed is exported to Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore in December yesterday.

"Improving economic conditions in the mid to late this year helped Honda's sales pace, with the largest contribution comes from the Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V and also the latest products that Honda Freed Honda," said Jonfis Fandy, Marketing & After Sales Service Director, PT. Honda Prospect Motor.

Daihatsu made a pretty good note. Gran Max up five ranks from 10th position in 2008 to fifth position this year with total sales of 15 381 units. Low Daihatsu Terios SUV this year even signed ranks Top 10, ranked six, with sales of 13 149 units Toyota Rush through his brother, seven cautions, which sold 12 965 units.

Daihatsu itself occupies second place in total sales under the Toyota. "Achieving sales volume of 75 169 units a proud achievement. Almost all of the total local market car maker fell 18%, but decreased 3% compared Daihatsu only last year," said Amelia Tjandra, Marketing Director of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM).

Outside the trio of Toyota, Daihatsu and Honda, other names that enter the top 10 positions is the Suzuki APV sold 12 555 units and keluargan Nissan Livina - Grand Livina, Livina XR and Livina X-Gear - which recorded sales of 10 028 units.

What about this year? Seeing the trend of low duet larisnya MPV - Avanza and Xenia are expected in the year 2010 car sales will be growing from last year. Facts prove that the cars sold are still in demand today. spesifikasimobilnisan.blogspot.com
